KUALA TERENGGANU – The state government announced the granting of a RM900 bonus to approximately 14,000 civil servants in the state through the 2023 Budget.
Terengganu Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, said the bonus is to motivate and act as a driving force for civil servants to establish the efficiency of the machinery of government to ensure the best service delivered to the people.
“In appreciation of the government administration services by civil servants, I have announced a bonus of RM900 to almost 14,000 eligible recipients,” he said when presenting the 2023 Budget at the Terengganu State Assembly at Wisma Darul Iman today.
Earlier, Ahmad Samsuri presented the 2023 Budget which includes RM1.991 billion for operating expenses, RM500 million for development expenses, and RM30 million for water supply expenses.
