Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the case involves an eight-year-old Malaysian young lady, who arrived from Lagos, Nigeria with her mother and sister, who tested positive for Covid-19 on Dec 7.

The girl, who was asymptomatic, is right now undergoing isolation and quarantine at home.

Four close contacts to the case have been identified, including the girl’s mother, father, sister and a taxi driver who transported the girl and her family from the airport to her home.
